Exam Requirements

To Take The Knowledge and Vision Testing you Will Need:

You must bring with you any two (2) forms of identification from the list below, At least one of these two documents must contain your Date of Birth. *U.S.Certified Birth Certificate, *Social Security Card with Signature, *Baptismal Certificate, *Naturalization Certificate, *Certificate of Citizenship, *Resident Alien Card or Employment Authorization Card, *U.S.A. Passport, *Non U.S.A. Passport with current I-94 or I-20 or Permanent Resident Alien Card I-551 *Certified School Records, *Certified Marriage License, *Certified Adoption Papers, *D.M.V. Non-Driver Identification Card, *Certified Divorce Papers. *Valid U.S. Territory or Canadian Photo Driver's License. *Connecticut Pistol Permit With Photo.*Connecticut Dept. of Social Services {DSS} Public Assistance Card With Photo. *An Original Department of Corrections Certificate of Identification. *Employee ID From State or Federal Government With Signature, Photograph and/or Physical Description. *Military ID or Dependent Card With Photo or US Military Discharge/Separation Paper (DD-214)

1. all Adult learners permit

2. Application For a Non-Commercial Class D Driver License { Form R-229 }  

3. New - e(EDC) Certificate.

4. Also two verification of address mail to you with in 90 day of your permit test .

5. Once you pass permit you have 90 day waiting period for the road test.
